Phone Orders Tickets can be purchased over the phone with Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Call (408) 404-7711. The Box Office takes phone orders Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. You'll also find detailed recorded information during non-business hours. In Person Tickets can be purchased in person with Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The box office is located at The Retro Dome: 1694 Saratoga Ave, San Jose. The box office is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, and Sundays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Box Office Policies There are NO exchanges or refunds. If you are at all concerned that you may not be able to use all of your tickets or that you may have a conflict on the performance date, be advised we do not issue refunds or exchanges and consider your purchase carefully.
